We have all heard those words of encouragement..."Don't Hold Back".
Unfortunately for most of us, that is the hardest thing to do...to not hold back. Most of us have some internal mechanism that does exactly the opposite...holds us back.
Finding a way to circumvent that mechanism...that is the greatest gift ever.
