I would blame the imbibing of wine that evening, but that's just excuse making. I wrote it, I take full responsibility for it. I try not to gloss over any of my character defects or warts when I write about my observations of the world or my relations with it, and unfortunately one of the less desirable aspects of my character is that I can and (obviously) have made hasty and poorly thought out judgements, and then actually posted them. I could edit them, but that would, in my opinion, be a level of cowardice I hope I don't ever sink to.Chris Bakunashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17016255124772977393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410626282195446090.post-60077281356764763282014-03-11T06:51:35.061-07:002014-03-11T06:51:35.061-07:00I love your blog. Ironic since you are probably one of the least judgmental people I've ever met.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410626282195446090.post-71226568815754904362014-03-10T15:59:51.860-07:002014-03-10T15:59:51.860-07:00True. I'll just have to admit my own idiocy in making an unfair generalization and live with the shame. It's not like I'm building much of a case for possessing much of an intellect with this blog anyway.Chris Bakunashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17016255124772977393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410626282195446090.post-4511326992506870912014-03-10T14:14:41.652-07:002014-03-10T14:14:41.652-07:00But your comment was "Women, as a gender, can...But your comment was "Women, as a gender, can be extremely hypocritical." It was a pretty blanket comment like all women would be the type to take a swill out of a stranger's drink. Not many would.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410626282195446090.post-23733803842620530992014-03-07T13:34:02.669-08:002014-03-07T13:34:02.669-08:00That is a valid point, somewhat...the experiment w...That is a valid point, somewhat...the experiment was to see if a random man sipping out of a random woman's drink would get the same reaction as that particular woman did, not to play tit for tat.<br />Chris Bakunashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17016255124772977393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410626282195446090.post-23479826134759948152014-03-07T08:50:04.516-08:002014-03-07T08:50:04.516-08:00So the problem is that you should have tried the t...So the problem is that you should have tried the trick with the same woman who done the flirty drinking to begin with. I don't think it is a double standard and hypocritical to expect someone completely different to be held to the first stranger's actions. It would be like saying that all men are violent and then have you arrested because I saw some man at another building hit someone.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
