Marginally Unsuccessful Attempt

Not much to rake up after a storm

When you realize how poorly some of the movies, television shows, books, and music you cherished as a teenager hold up over time, you get disappointed in your taste as an adolescent. When you get disappointed in your taste as an adolescent you start questioning your taste as an adult. When you start questioning your taste as an adult, indecision as to your wardrobe choices happens. When wardrobe indecision happens, you start wearing clothes a salesperson at Dillard's convinced you are hip and cool. When Dillard's salespeople convince you to wear jeans designed (and fitted) to humans below the age of 20, you look ridiculous.

Don't look ridiculous. Never go back to what you cherished as a youth expecting it to have the same appeal. You've changed. Embrace the change.
