Too Many Big Pictures, Not Enough Finished Ones

Ever wonder just what it is that you do not possess that others, specifically successfull others, do? I ponder that a lot, primarilly because I am having a dickens of a time getting a handle on things. And not just a few things - all things, everything. I'm accostumed to the whole one step forward, two steps back dealio, but lately, well, lately it's just all been...a full blown retreat.
